Laurence creates engineering computer animations through processing scan data, modeling, texturing, animating, and compositing the final rendered deliverables. In addition to camera and object motion videogrammetry for 3D scene reconstructions, Laurence performs digital video forensic analysis for authenticity and tampering. Using various programming languages, he is able to efficiently automate repetitive 3D analysis tasks and produce interactive, multimedia-rich demonstratives.
Laurence began working at DJS Associates in 2016 in the 3D Engineering Animations Department. His professional and technical skills are focused in the digital visual arts, 3D animation technology, and programming fields. After gaining his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art, Laurence earned certifications in Digital Video Forensic Analysis and in Visual Effects, among others.

Born in Southern England, Laurence has lived in Switzerland and frequently travels overseas to Europe with his wife and twin boys for family visits. His interests include spending time in the great outdoors, renovating his turn of the 20th century home, and wishing he had more time to tinker on classic motorcycles and cars. When it’s time to relax, sci-fi films are first choice, especially from the Alien and Mad Max franchises.
