Biography

Lauren serves as Chief Services Officer (CSO) at DJS Associates, Inc., where she is responsible for aligning service delivery, client experience, and departmental execution in support of the firm’s growth strategy.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in 2013 and her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in innovation, from Thomas Jefferson University in 2020.  Shortly after completing her undergraduate degree, she began her career at DJS Associates as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist.

Over the years, Lauren progressed through a wide range of roles, including billing administration, case management, and marketing.  Through this hands-on experience, she developed a strong passion for organizational planning, service delivery, and scalable departmental systems, which ultimately led her to pursue advanced education focused on innovation and leadership.

In her role as CSO, Lauren partners closely with the President and Chief Operating Officer to support the firm’s growth strategy through strong service delivery and functional leadership.  She oversees key service-oriented functions, including case administration, billing, marketing, and business development, and leads the planning and execution of CE- and CLE-accredited seminars and webinars nationwide.  Lauren is known for her ability to strengthen client experience while building clarity, consistency, and accountability within her departments.

Outside of DJS, Lauren enjoys spending time at home with her family and pets.  She also enjoys playing in her weekly dart league, watching true crime shows, and traveling.
