Biography

Coleen serves as Human Resources Manager at DJS Associates, Inc., where she supports the company’s people, culture, and day-to-day HR operations.  She works closely with leadership and associates across the organization on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, learning and development, and wellbeing initiatives.

Coleen is committed to creating a positive and supportive workplace experience while helping DJS grow thoughtfully and effectively.  She values clear communication, consistency, and building strong relationships throughout the company.  Through her collaborative approach, Coleen helps ensure associates have the resources, guidance, and support they need to succeed.

Coleen enjoys making the most of life outside the office, whether traveling to new places or revisiting old favorites, getting lost in a good book, cooking and baking, or enjoying music and sports.  She values time spent with family and friends and approaches life with a sense of adventure, always ready for the next experience.
