Biography

Shana began working at DJS Associates, Inc. in 2025 as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist and joined the In-House Consulting Department’s New Case Team as a Case Intake and Outreach Coordinator later that same year.  In this role, Shana is responsible for receiving and facilitating new and pending cases for clients in the areas of Collision Reconstruction, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Digital Forensics, Animations, and Rapid Response Documentation Services.  Her responsibilities include obtaining necessary case information, conflict checking, case and client database entry, and ensuring clients are connected with qualified experts to assist with their case needs.

In her spare time, Shana enjoys spending time with her husband and family.  Some of her favorite pastimes include listening to the band Incubus, watching the New York Mets, baking during the holidays, planning menus, and sharing photographs of her cats, Waffle and Brownie.
