Personal Injury Practicum 2025
On Thursday, November 13th, 2025, DJS Associates, Inc.’s Principal Collision Reconstruction Engineer, Robert T. Lynch, P.E. will speak at the Dispute Resolution Institute (DRI) Personal Injury Practicum.
During his session, “Practical Forensic Engineering” (1:45-2:15 pm), Bob will illustrate the value of an engineer’s analysis for answering questions like, “Which driver created the hazard?” and “Did the driver have enough time to reasonably perceive and react to the hazard?” Using real-world case examples to demonstrate common challenges and solutions, Bob will offer practical guidance for both Plaintiff and Defense from an expert witness perspective.
Emily Hopf, Business Development and Education Manager and Shana Dryja, Case Intake and Outreach Coordinator will also represent DJS Associates, Inc. at this seminar.
