DJS Associates, Inc. will attend the New Jersey Association for Justice’s 2026 Boardwalk Seminar® on Wednesday, April 29 through Friday, May 1, at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City.

On Wednesday, April 29, Laurence R. Penn, CVFT, Senior Forensic Animation / Video Specialist at DJS Associates, Inc. will speak on “Engineering Analysis of Surveillance Data” (3:40 to 4:20 pm) as part of the Electronic Investigation & EDD program.  In his session, Mr. Penn will showcase real-world examples when extraction and analysis of video proved pivotal to case outcomes.

On Friday, May 1, Justin P. Schorr, Ph.D., President at DJS Associates, Inc. will join the esteemed faculty of the Federal Practice Program’s Cybersecurity/Ethics panel, which is scheduled from 2 to 3 pm.  Dr. Schorr will contribute insights on the preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) to conversations surrounding New Jersey Federal Rule of Procedure 26(f).
