NJICLE “A Day on Evidence” Seminar

NJICLE 24

On March 22nd, Justin P. Schorr, Ph.D., President of DJS Associates will join a panel of legal industry leaders for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) “A Day on Evidence” seminar.  This full-day program will focus on rules of evidence, recent case law developments, and expert witnesses.

Justin’s topic, the “Use of animations to illustrate and simplify complex expert opinions,” delves into the types of physical and digital evidence collected in forensic investigations.  He will then share insights into how expert witnesses review the evidence in conjunction with discovery materials for their analyses.  Through real-world examples of compelling courtroom animations, Justin will illustrate the expert’s process from the initial stages of evidence collection to the presentation of the final demonstrative, as seen by the client, jury, judge, or otherwise related audiences.
