His project list spans over 20 countries and six continents, and he has played a key role as an advisor to geoscience teams and joint venture drilling programs. Through these global experiences, Dr. Davidoff provided leadership, training, and technical guidance centered around integrating geologic, geophysical, and reservoir engineering data to optimize exploration and development programs.
Dr. Davidoff applies his expertise to addressing complex energy-related litigation matters such as reserves and unitization, IRS and SEC violations, implied covenants, the duty to develop and to protect drainage, subsurface trespass, 3D seismic data, earthquakes related to fracking and wastewater injections and much more. Outside of the energy industry, he has applied his expertise to matters associated with environmental issues, riparian rights, river erosion, landslides, and climate change.
